1. Responsibility for Content

Our service allows users to create, upload, and share content, including but not limited to design patterns and images ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC"). You are solely responsible for the UGC you create and share on Pattterns. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you create and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

2. No Endorsement

Pattterns does not endorse and is not responsible for any UGC. The views and opinions expressed in UGC are those of the users who created them and do not necessarily reflect the views of Pattterns. We do not prescreen UGC, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.

3. AI-Assisted Creation

Our services use artificial intelligence to assist you in creating content. While the AI tools are powerful, the final output is a result of your inputs and selections. You are responsible for reviewing the generated content to ensure it meets your needs and does not contain any infringing or prohibited material. The legal status of AI-generated work can be complex and varies by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to your use of the content.

4. Public Sharing

When you choose to make your content public, you grant Pattterns and its users a license to view and share that content. Be mindful of what you share publicly. Content you make public may be seen and used by others, and we cannot control what they do with it.
